I included both an image of it tucked in and not tucked in. Definitely need to tuck in to make it look good. I wore this for work and I really liked it. The only cons is that that when I try to put a sweater over it, the poofy sleeves get in the way so maybe try this with a sweater vest. Nothing too special but the material is pretty nice. It is thick and soft.
